Warranty

WesNew Auto Parts provides a one year warranty for most of our products’ material and workmanship defects. If our product defects within one year of the original purchase date, please contact us and we will happily send you a replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the item has been physically damaged and a 15% service charge will apply.

Returns: 

       * Please note that any returns not the fault of WesNew are subject to a 15% restocking fee*
  1. Go into “My Account”
  2. Select “Orders” to view all your orders
  3. Select “Refund” on the desired order
  4. Fill out the “Subject” and “Return Reason” in order to submit your Return Request
  5. Await our response for your Return Request

What is the status of my order?

  1. Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you within minutes.
  2. You will receive a separate email with your tracking information once it has shipped.
  3. We track the status of your package until it is delivered. If there are any issues with delivery, we will contact you by email and/or telephone.
  4. You may also proceed to the “order history” and click your order number to view the status.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us via telephone or send us an email at info@wesnew.com. We reply to all emails the same business day.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts to resellers, hospitals, schools, government agencies, military, veterans, etc. Please email the item(s) and quantities you are interested in to sales@wesnew.com for a quotation.
